ตกลง ‑ สัญญาอนุญาตสิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่: สมาชิกนักเต้นแต่ละท่านต้องลงนามในสัญญาอนุญาตสิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่เพื่อให้ HHI, HHI Thailand ผู้ดูแลการจัดงาน ตัวแทนที่ได้รับมอบหมายหรือผู้สนับสนุน มีสิทธิ์ในการถ่ายทํารายการ อัดวีดีโอ และ/หรือ อัดการแสดงของ(เหล่า)นักเต้น และการเข้าร่วมงานครั้งนี้ เพื่อที่จะเผยแพร่ออกทางโทรทัศน์ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว วีดีโอที่บ้าน อินเตอร์เนท วิทยุ การออกสื่อ มีเดีย การประชาสัมพันธ์ ฯลฯ โดยไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างสิทธิ์หรือเรียกร้องค่าใช้จ่ายแต่อย่างใด

WAIVER: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I the undersigned am legally bound for myself, my heirs, successors, and assigns do hereby waive and release Hip Hop International, Sport Fitness International, the World Hip Hop Dance Championship, its sponsors, host venues and all persons and agencies connected with this competition from all claims for damages arising from my participation in and travel to and from this competition, including without limitation, personal injury. I certify that I am in good health, physically fit and adequately trained to participate in this event. I grant permission to all the above mentioned to use my name and likeness for any purpose.
